We are excited to announce that this year's scholarship examination will take place in all our examination centres at 9.00am on Saturday 14th March, 2026.  The scholarship offer is twofold and ten (10) brilliant students from around the country and beyond will benefit this year, just as some twenty (20) students are currently doing at Preston International School.

Offer 1: Preston International School Scholarships

The Board of Directors of Preston International School offers every year, the following scholarships to the top ten (10) students of the March 14th 2026 Scholarship Exam:

Tuition fee for one year only, as follows:  Scholarships continue to be offered on the same basis as students progress through the school.  (See below).  The scholarship is valid for one year only.  However, all students who continue to emerge 1st to 10th overall for the academic session in those year groups will be offered scholarships in the subsequent academic session.  So, if the same student continues to be the best overall in the subsequent years of their schooling at Preston, they will continue to enjoy the scholarship.  However, if they are unable to emerge first, they will only qualify for the scholarship attached to the position achieved.  

1st Position - 100% Tuition-free

2nd Position - 75% Tuition-free

3rd Position - 50% Tuition-free

4th to 10th Positions - 40% Tuition-free

Offer 2:  Preston Alumni Scholarship 

Our old students, through their registered charity Preston Shining Lights Foundation (PSLF) are also offering scholarships to few students who sit the scholarship examination on the 1st of March 2025 and who meet the following selection criteria:

1.  Impressive Academic Achievement - Has a proven record of exceptional academic record in their previous schools and as demonstrated in the scholarship examination.

2.  Great Leadership Skills - Demonstrates great leadership in current school and carries this through in other settings besides school - at home, church and within their communities.

3.  In Need of Financial Support - The family, having met the above criteria require support to be able to grant their child access to quality world-class education as offered at Preston International School. The offer currently covers boarding, uniforms, books and feeding.  It may well be that the students who will benefit from the Alumni Scholarship are also beneficiaries of the Director's scholarship award.

Primary School Owners, Heads of Schools and Parents are encouraged to enrol their wards for the scholarship exams if they rank among the top five (5) students in their schools. The scholarship examination is offered free of charge to these brilliant students.
