    As part of the programmes listed for the international schools’ award, Preston international school marked the premier edition of the World Food Day celebrations with the theme “Living a Healthy Life for a Zero Hunger World” on the 16th of October, 2019. It was jam-packed with activities like Food posters, videos, slideshow presentations to clearly enlighten the audience on the differences and effects between junks and food. Speeches were made by the dining prefects on zero hunger, food wastage, 3Rs (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle) and reasons for healthy living.

    1st of October, 2019 was a remarkable day as Prestonians gathered to celebrate Nigeria @ 59 with the theme “The Growing Demand for Youth Inclusion in Leadership” The students came out in charming attires for the early morning parade in the mood of gratitude to the Almighty God for his constant abiding grace as Nigeria turned 59.

    This year’s orientation week was one with a touch of class spanning 16th to 20th September, 2019 as the new JSS1 students were orientated on the rules and regulations that govern Preston International School in accordance with the theme of the term “Preston International School – A Christian School?” They were taught the National and School anthems rendered in the school in three different languages –English, French and Yoruba.
